Biography
Chicago born Criminal Defense Attorney Sydney Oshinski pursues justice as a bilingual Criminal Litigation and Defense Associate. Sydney came together with Tait & Hall to align her passion for criminal defense and for the pursuit of protecting People’s Constitutional Rights.
Sydney attended the highly competitive Chicago-Kent College of Law where she graduated cum laude. She worked towards her dream career while in law school and completed an international criminal defense internship in Mexico City, as well as a highly sought-after clerkship for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and an internship with a well-respected local criminal defense firm in Chandler, Arizona. After graduation she was admitted to the Arizona Bar and began her criminal defense career in Arizona where she is admitted to practice in all State Courts.
She now brings her unique hands-on experience throughout all stages of a criminal case to those that are in need of her passion and expertise. Sydney is driven to work diligently and creatively to discover solutions for her Clients and deliver their success. Her practices are focused on criminal defense in both felony and misdemeanor courts, set asides, and rights restorations.
Sydney’s passion for the success of her clients manifests not only in her criminal defense practices but also other practices of the firm where she carefully explains to Spanish speaking Clients andfamilies the details of the legal process. Her attention to detail and care of others are quickly becoming her personal trademarks.
